MONARCH WASHERS WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS Monarch E150 Egg Washers are guaranteed against defective manufacture or parts for 12 months from original date of purchase, subject to registration of the product online at http://monarchwashers.co.uk/register within 30 days of purchasing the washer. Proof of purchase date required I.e. Sales Invoice. Should a fault arise during the guarantee period, the complete unit should be returned to your original supplier. Serial number and proof of purchase must be supplied. If this is not possible, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the unit to Monarch Washers, at the address as below. No washer should be returned without prior agreement of the manufacturer. Before returning it please contact our service department for authorization and a Returns Reference. Make sure that you have the serial number and date of purchase to hand before applying for authorization to return. Faulty units will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Warranty covers manufacturing defects or defective parts only; it does not cover damage caused by other means, electrical surges, water ingress into electrical parts or general wear and tear. The warranty will be invalidated if the unit or its electrical wiring has been tampered with or repairs attempted or carried out by anyone other than one of our authorized agents. Monarch washers and its agents or distributors will not be held responsible for loss of or damage to eggs, however caused.
